This Privacy Policy explains how Antryk ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our cloud platform and services. By creating an account or using any Antryk service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. We are committed to transparent data practices and to giving you meaningful control over your personal information at every stage.

1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide a reliable, secure, and personalised cloud experience. Collection occurs at account creation, during platform use, and through automated service monitoring.
- Account Information: name, email address, organisation name, and billing details (processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage Data: server logs, IP addresses, device type, operating system, browser version, feature usage patterns, and performance metrics collected automatically to ensure service quality.
- Customer Content: application code, database records, files, and any other data you deploy or store on Antryk infrastructure. This data belongs entirely to you.
- Support Communications: messages, tickets, and any information you voluntarily share when contacting our support team.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information to operate, maintain, and continuously improve our platform. Specifically, we use it to provision and manage the services you deploy, authenticate your identity and prevent fraud, send transactional communications such as invoices and downtime alerts, and comply with applicable laws. Aggregated or de-identified data may be used for internal analytics, infrastructure planning, AI model optimisation research, and improving developer-facing documentation. We do not use your customer content to train machine learning models without your explicit consent.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We never sell your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared with carefully selected sub-processors — including cloud infrastructure providers, payment gateways, error monitoring tools, and analytics platforms — under strict data processing agreements that require them to protect your information to at least the same standard we do. A current list of our key sub-processors is available on request at support@antryk.com.
We may disclose your information when required by a valid legal process, court order, or government authority, or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the Antryk platform and its users. In all cases, we will notify you of such disclosure unless legally prohibited from doing so.
4. Security & Storage
We employ multiple layers of security to safeguard your information: data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Customer environments are isolated from one another at the network and storage layers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel via multi-factor authentication and audited access controls. Regular penetration testing and security reviews are conducted to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
While we take extensive and industry-standard measures to protect your data, no digital system is completely immune to security breaches. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law and take immediate steps to contain and remediate the incident.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the services you have subscribed to or to comply with legal, regulatory, and accounting obligations. When you close your Antryk account, your personal data and customer content are scheduled for deletion within 30 days of account closure, subject to any outstanding legal holds or contractual obligations. Automated backups may retain copies for an additional period for disaster recovery purposes; these are purged in accordance with our backup rotation schedule.
Anonymised usage statistics and aggregated platform metrics may be retained indefinitely as they contain no personally identifiable information.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in securely. We also use analytical cookies to understand how developers interact with the platform so we can prioritise product improvements. Marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent and may be managed or revoked through your account preferences or browser settings. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies that follow you outside of the Antryk domain.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to Erasure: request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected.
- Right to Data Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to Object: object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.
- Right to Restriction: request that we limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@antryk.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area and believe your rights have not been upheld, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. International Data Transfers
Antryk operates globally and your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including countries where data protection laws may differ. Where we transfer data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. By using the platform, you consent to these transfers subject to the safeguards described in this policy.
9. Children
Our platform is not designed for or directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at support@antryk.com so we can delete the relevant data.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes to our services, technology, or applicable laws. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The most current version will always be available at antryk.com/privacy-policy. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
11. Contact & Data Controller
Antryk acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the platform. For any privacy-related concerns, requests to exercise your rights, or questions about this policy, please email our privacy team at support@antryk.com. We aim to respond to all privacy enquiries within 5 business days.
