Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for subscriptions and plans on our cloud platform.

1. Policy Overview

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs subscriptions and plans purchased on our cloud platform (“Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Users may cancel their active subscription or plan at any time via their account settings.
  • Cancellation requests will take effect from the first day of the next billing cycle, not immediately.
  • Access to services continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

  • Payments already made for the current month or billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused services during the active subscription period.

4. Service Commitment

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime across all services, including:

  • Frontend and backend application hosting
  • Databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, MySQL, vector DBs)
  • AI and LLM deployments (LLaMA, Gemma, open-source models)
  • Background jobs, cron tasks, SMS and email services
  • IoT-based deployments and integrations

Despite best efforts, occasional service interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur.

5. Billing & Payment Obligations

  • All payments are due in advance according to the selected subscription plan.
  • Cancellation does not absolve users from payment obligations for the current billing period.
  • Future billing will cease once the cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle start.

6. Account Access After Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, users retain access to services until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Data retention and deletion policies apply as per the Platform’s data retention rules.

7. Changes to Policy

The Platform may update this Policy periodically. Updated policies will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.
